Responsibilities:

Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications,
user guides, and API references for the developed tools and interfaces.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in database
tools development, incorporating new approaches to enhance tool capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies,
driving efficiency and effectiveness in development.
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, performance
feedback, and career development support.
Develop and execute the development strategy, aligning it with overall product
development objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Strong background and deep expertise in C and C++ programming languages.
Experience in designing and optimizing database architectures, tools, and interfaces for
performance, scalability, and reliability.
Proven experience in leading a team of developers and conducting code reviews.
Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
