Project Management Experience ( 5 - 15 yrs )

  1. Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, and business) to ensure smooth execution.
  3. Plan sprints, manage backlogs, and oversee Agile/Scrum ceremonies for effective delivery.
  4. Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical deliverables for development teams.
  5. Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and budget adherence.
  6. Provide regular project updates, prepare status reports, and conduct progress reviews with teams and stakeholders.

Core Project Management Skills

  1. Proven experience as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager leading software teams.
  2. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and sprint planning.
  3. Strong resource planning, people management, and conflict resolution skills.
  4. Effective stakeholder management with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies efficiently.

Technical Skills (Added Advantage)

  • Exposure to MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, IAM).
  • Familiarity with backend architectures, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and performance optimization.
  • Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline), Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for scripting, data analysis, or automation.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows is an added plus.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master)

Other Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience in business requirement gathering and aligning technical solutions with strategic goals.
