Position: Proposal / Tender Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality business proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and bid documents in accordance with client requirements and organizational standards.
Work closely with founders, sales, and technical teams to translate ideas and solutions into clear, compelling, and well-structured proposals.
Gather, review, and consolidate inputs from internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of proposal content.
Review, edit, and proofread proposals to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with submission guidelines.
Manage proposal timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed and submitted on time.
Develop, maintain, and update proposal templates, case studies, company profiles, and standard documentation.
Ensure proposals effectively reflect the company’s value proposition, branding, and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
5+ years of experience in proposal or tender specialist.
Excellent written communication, editing, and documentation skills.
Prior experience in IT / technology services proposals is preferred.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
